Adobe introduces new cloud search
Adobe Advertising Cloud Search will simplify the process of using audience targeting in search marketing. The company says that Adobe Sensei, the company’s AI and machine learning framework, will drive these new capabilities.
St Ives Group launches new agency
The marketing group merged three of its businesses to create a new agency: Edit. The company says the new agency will unite data science and marketing technology to power through-the-line CRM and media.
Amobee launches custom bid algorithms for marketers
The martech company announced enhancements to its platform that allow buyers to deploy custom data sets into Amobee’s bid-modeling system. The company says that the feature will empower advertisers and their agencies to tailor bid strategies against the data signals that matter most to them.
Mapp Digital unveils engagement platform
The martech company introduced Mapp Cloud, a platform with solutions to streamline and optimize marketers’ ability to acquire and engage customers. The company says the product will handle data aggregation, customer segmentation, campaign design, multichannel orchestration and scalable execution.
Conga to acquire Octiv
The move will accelerate intelligent document automation capabilities and complement Conga’s product portfolio, adding web-based document creation, delivery and collaboration.
Clari launches new sales team product
The Clari Team Activity product gives sales teams real-time visibility into where reps are spending time to ensure resources are focused on high-value accounts. The solution automatically captures activity data at the account level, enabling managers and other sales leaders to track and quantify account engagement.
RedPoint Global releases retail solution
The customer data platform launched RedPoint Accelerator. The company says the omnichannel solution will help retail marketers unify their data and create a single customer view while engaging with multiple touch points.
Cambridge Semantics partners with CData Software
The company says the technology partnership will now be able to provide SQL query access to a code-free, graph-based, big data management and analytics environment.
Campaigner rolls out new engagement feature
The email marketer announced its Landing Page feature, which it says will improve marketers’ ability to personalize content for each subscriber. The tool will also drive lead generation and track and report engagement.
Dynamic Yield partners with ReponseTap
The personalization technology announced a collaboration that will allow brands to sync call center sessions to the rest of a user’s online experience. Dynamic Yield will use information on call center interactions collected by ResponseTap to power digital experiences.
Movable Ink collaborates with Persado
Content platform Movable Ink and marketing language provider Persado announced a partnership they say will help brands generate and test personalized content within email campaigns. The companies say the move will help marketers build meaningful customer relationships and increase engagement and conversions.
Munvo launches new practice with Evergage
The personalization practice is combining its management consulting services with Everage’s technology. The company says the move will accelerate digital marketing transformation for enterprise customers.
Cision partners with MediaMath
The companies will create a joint partnership that enables brands to integrate data from earned media with paid media. The companies say the move will give brands a holistic view of their customers.
Reputation.com acquires SIM Partners
The online reputation management platform said the move will accelerate its category momentum. The company said SIM Partners’ direct management technology deepens and augments Reputation.com’s own capabilities.
Disney partners with Accenture
Accenture announced that it was appointed by The Walt Disney Studios as the Innovation Partner of Disney’s StudioLAB, a new R&D initiative dedicated to re-imagining how people experience entertainment exploring through emerging technologies.
Martech movers
Quantcast appoints Meredith Long as chief revenue officer of North America. Long was formerly senior vice president and general manager at Time Inc.
Lauren Leff joins the Video Advertising Burea as vice president of marketing and communications. Leff was most recently an SVP at Kite Hill PR.
Pixability brings on former Facebook executive David George as chief executive officer. George is replacing Bettina Hein, who will serve as executive chairwoman of the company’s board.
Distilled hires back its former PR and head of communications Jess Champion as VP of its London office. Champion rejoins the company as its Optimisation Delivery Network becomes a full-fledged business unit.
Black Swan Digital Forensics names Jim Walker as president. Previously, Walker was the Alabama and Mississippi state liaison for the BP Gulf Coast Claims Facility.
Revel announces appointment of Greg Dukat as CEO. The company’s current CEO, Scott Betts, will remain on the board of directors. Dukat was previously chairman, president and CEO of Comverge.
Ginny Deitchler joins Grandesign as director of client management. Deitchler was previously VP of sales at Outdoor Promotions.
Rob Hill joins NPD Group as executive VP of its US Retail Business Group. Hill replaces Joanne Sackett, who moves into the role of president of the Softlines division. Current Softlines President Diane Nicholson will become chief of staff for the NPD CEO, Karyn Schoenbart.
